Wednesday submission a day late. Molokhia with tofu chikn, breaded with nut crumbs. Served with white rice. Molokhia is a must have dish in Egypt, often a bowl of it served on the side of any meal as a soup, with pita bread to soak up the deliciousness. #RattlingSpoons #Challenge #Africa
