Working on making more at home. Our list is getting pretty long. We now make Water kefir with different fruits, beans of all sorts, sour dough, pickles, sauerkraut, kimchi, and chow chow, relishes, mayo, rice, ground meats and sausages, stocks and broths, and now we've added Mustard to the mix!
This #mustard was the most vile thing I'd ever made...24hrs ago. Tonight, it was an amazingly complex condiment that paired great with brisket & sauerkraut!
