[David Nathanson has moved]#Massachusetts folks, please call your state senators and reps and ask them to support H.4263 which shifts responsibility for plastic waste to the producer from the consumer, incentivizing industry to shift away from plastic. It needs to be favorably reported out of Ways and Means. This would be a game-changer in the fight against plastic waste.
