Tea Time, created by pressing loose leaf tea directly onto the fabric.
The color develops where the leaves sit, giving each piece its own variation.
Before the dye, it starts here.

I was late, and rushing.
Our weekly #crafting circle (mostly #knitting, #CrossStitch, and #embroidery) starts when the #library opens at 10, and I was knitting up until 5 minutes after I was supposed to leave. And I stopped to get a bite before heading on, which put me further behind.
Then I sneezed. I realized I had been sniffling most of the (delayed, distracted) morning.
Some of the crafters are in their 80s; few if any are under 50. I am *not* going to this.
#COVID is not over.
sigh.
I've nearly finished doing the cross stitching on my Dimensions "Frederick the Literate" Library Cat counted cross stitch kit, but I've run out of some threads.
I'm always super careful about being very conservative with cross stitch thread use when it comes to kits, and some threads have run out halfway through π¬
