My Poem/1 arrived today and I’m delighted. The build quality of the product is strong. This isn’t a DIY 3D printer job. Even has some weight to nice.

@NAB Guessing a temperature issue.
- Pan and oil need to be HOT. Smoking hot. 200c
- batter should be cold. Rest in the fridge for at least an hour.
