My journey with photography began about 11 years ago when I bought my first telescope.
4 years ago I sold all my equipment when I started nursing school. With school now done, I purchased a small star tracker and telescope and these first images were taken to test the tracking accuracy of the mount with various lenses.

Today's images include a damselfly resting in the garden and following a colony of ants as they farm aphids for honeydew in a cherry tree.

The Boardwalks of Paradise Meadows
This trail, located within Strathcona Provincial Park, offers beautiful landscape views with a wheelchair accessible boardwalk. More adventurous hikers can also access the rugged back country from this trailhead.
