@Nonilex I see there's a provision allowing part of the fund to be used for administrative services, per diems, travel expenses etc, so I assume there will be a huge amount of self dealing. Trump doesn't care about his low life supporters, but he does like making buck renting out offices in his own properties.

AFAIK the business records thing was the first time anyone in the US went after a former President for anything. I'm not at all confident a President Newsom, for instance, will break this trend. So while I'd certainly like to see this happen, I'll believe it when I see it.
