@spanghero @FediThing @catsalad
I do remember when there was a print Internet yellow Pages that listed ALL the websites. DAMN I wish i had kept mine.

Wait a minute... there were, weren't there? Magazines used to print very long lists of website addresses like a phone directory.
Luxury.
Whoa!!!!
Love! (in a covetous sort of way)
But coveting only because my steampunk play will be produced in Portland in July and that would look lovely as a set piece.
@catsalad In that theme, oh man a decade and change ago I wanted a Datamancer keyboard so badly. I'm glad the company seems to still be out there and making stuff this long after his death. (https://datamancer.com/)
I do wonder if we have to pile our new PC on top of the wood PC when it dies based on generational habits with console. TVs...
@davidseidl @catsalad I couldn't justify the cost of one of the keyboards, but I did pick up a set of the keycaps for a project a while back.
@davidseidl On a similar note I always used to like Jeffrey Stephenson's PC mods. Archive link cos his site doesn't seem to be up any more.

@catsalad Really?! Exhaust pipes? Does it run on Diesel? π
Anyway, VERY stylish.
Oh wow. I'd love to see a side shot of that! Someone spent some serious time putting that together!
Wow !! They had PC's in the 19th #Century.
