#Grönland kann vorerst einmal aufatmen.

Manchmal kann man sich bei Markenprodukten auch über guten Service freuen: Bei meiner Umhängetasche war ein Teil einer Schnalle gebrochen. Ich fuhr zum Herstellershop hier in Wien und bekam innerhalb von zwei Minuten das richtige Ersatzteil - und das noch dazu gratis. 👍
Kein "das müssen wir einschicken", kein "Ersatzteile hamma net", kein "schreiben's bitte dem Kundenservice ein Mail".
