Well itās frustrating because you can absolutely plant stuff outside because itās warm enough, itās just a lot of effort with hoop houses or other stuff to protect it incase it does dip (it always does eventually).
100%, same here. It was 21 °C / 70 °F this weekend, but the low on Tuesday is -4.4 °C / 24 °F.
And even if itās warm enough, itāll snow a foot on May long crushing everything haha
Thankfully, we donāt really have to worry about snow this time of year and are very unlikely to get more than an inch.

Our garden area consists of four 1.2 m x 2.4 m / 4ā x 8ā beds with a 1.2m / 4ā pathway between the beds. I plant for things that climb and have a bed full of raspberries. Hoops donāt seem that practical unless I paid a lot more attention to seed starting time. Even then, a fuke frost would kill my cukes, squash, peas, beans, etc :( A big enough greenhouse to cover the four beds seems like it would be expensiveā¦
