Trump administration officials are making a desperate push to secure every available barrel of oil amid a worsening energy crisis — even if it means lifting sanctions on the very country that they’re fighting against.

Pete #Hegseth doesn't understand his job.
He holds a press conference every morning. For him, being Secretary is a glorified version of his persona on Fox. He should be leaving PR to his people. He should be taking meetings with experts to figure out how to complete the list of objectives, then get out. Instead he spends his evenings planning the next day's propaganda message.
