We all know that Millennials are Tier 1 support, you save the real talent (Gen X) for the real problems π
WinXP was the time that 1/2 of my activity switched to Linux OS. Then Win10 came and I bailed completely.
But yes, in the day I was 100% the one extended family would tap to help with problems. Seeing how some systems have Windows so catastrophically baked into the hardware I don't even want to touch people's laptops anymore. I'm out of touch with the current idiocy.
