@jessta @phocks I go back a few years before that, ~2004 or 2005 where I switched to Linux, then Mac in 2011 and now use both. So yes, I resemble this remark.

WinXP was the time that 1/2 of my activity switched to Linux OS. Then Win10 came and I bailed completely.

But yes, in the day I was 100% the one extended family would tap to help with problems. Seeing how some systems have Windows so catastrophically baked into the hardware I don't even want to touch people's laptops anymore. I'm out of touch with the current idiocy.
