After several months of mega-dosing Vitamin D3, I’m finally feeling more energetic! My spoon allotment has doubled! I’m curious to see what my vitamin D levels are next time I have them tested.

Background: Last year, I finally went to a hematologist to try to sort out my fatigue, after my GI doctor told me to “eat more spinach”. Really??? You are telling a #Crohns patient with absorption issues to eat more roughage? Anyway, she sorted out my iron and B-12, and I started #hrt for #perimenopause . That helped but I think the final piece is the Vitamin D. A “normal” dose wasn’t doing anything, so I’ve been taking 30,000 IU daily for several months. It takes a long time to raise levels. I’m hoping I will continue to feel better as I head into winter! 🤞
