Okay I have a #medication question. I’ve been having these waxing and waning fatigue symptoms for a while now, and it seems like it’s slowly getting worse.

It could always be a dysautonomia kind of thing. But it could be a side effect — Do we think that it might be #Spiro? #Bipolar meds?

#HRT #trans. To anyone else on weekly Valerate injections, do you find yourself getting an upset stomach on day 7 prior to your injection?

(It might actually be day 8 for me, but the question still stands)

nb. I am aware that Valerate should actually be taken every 5 days, but weekly is easier, and since I bumped my dose this is the only "negative side effect" I notice anymore. Curious if anyone else experiences this.

Today's my 42nd Birthday, but also my 5 year HRT anniversary!

(well I started HRT on the first full moon of the year (the WOLF MOON 🐺🌕). in 2021 that was at the end of Jan., but this year it's today, at the start of the month. But it's a nice coincidence today!

~4 to 4.5 mg (~0.08 to 0.09 mL; 50 mg/mL concentration) estradiol enanthate injected intramuscularly into the vastus lateralis in our left thigh using our Union Medico auto-injector 💉🩹

"Why the lower dose today?", we imagine regulars might wonder.

Well, we've got an NHS blood test booked next Friday morning, which will include hormone level tests for our gender clinic, so sadly we need our estradiol level to be between 400 and 600 pmol/L so that they don't complain at us  

Our estradiol trough goes up by roughly 125 pmol/L for each 1 mg we inject, so this should put our estradiol level somewhere between about 500 and 600 pmol/L.

If enough folks asks for it, we'll do a poll to guestimate what our estradiol test result will be after the test 🩷
