@WTL -26°C on the bike - respect. I've done -10° trips but I had to revive my fingers under hot water after 10km regardless of gloves.
Mind sharing your ideas?

Never needed studded tires. Yes, slips happen, but thick jacket saves my butt. Also, the time period of slippery weather is short enough.

I will probably get mittens for cycling with windproof fabric on the outside.
