#blind users - when using a CLI app in the terminal

Is screen clearing problematic?
Is it problematic to have simulated horizontal lines e.g. `===` ?
Are lists with bracket numbers a problem, e.g [1] apple [2] pear?

I googled, I couldn't find a style guide for this.
