RFK Jr talking about the need for doctors to know how to treat measles for those who are unvaccinated.

“Only very sick kids should die from measles.”

No. They shouldn’t. That was the point of the vaccine. We effectively eliminated the virus so children didn’t die.

Sick & disabled kids are not expendable!

This is yet another eugenicist talking point. Rather than encouraging people to get vaccinated, he’s priming us to believe “only the vulnerable children” will die.

Not sure I would accept that as a truism.
You can't always judge by the results alone.

In the case RFK Jr, we have an additional fact. His ignorance is intentional:
A refusal to look at any evidence that contradicts his view.

He is not willing to be wrong, even if that unwillingness results in the death of small children.

Either he knows the truth and is lying about it.

Or he is unconcerned with what is true, and is therefor bullshitting.

In the context of #HHS, BOTH are #Evil in the same way #Stupidity is!

In his case it would be hard to see it as anything other than willful ignorance.

So I think you are correct, at least in his case.

One problem with his medical advice remark is that we should be able to trust medical advice from someone in his position.

That we can't tells us that he should not hold that office.
