#FOSS services need to be adaptable if they want to be adoptable.
Attached: 1 image Trying to get our #NonProfit charity organization onto #FOSS #PeerTube to avoid relying on #YouTube. Of 179 open instances, we found exactly one good match for our content. But we messed up the owner account on signup and the admins don't accommodate moderated name changes or transitioning channels to new owners so... we're stuck in commercial #Google land. Real life people and orgs have legit name changes all the time. Why force choice between #deadnaming or losing your content? BOOOOOO!
