Callisto@SallyStrange I'm gratified I can still remember the fingerspelling I learned in middle school, though I never got any farther with ASL.
I'm going to have to ask my mom how to actually say the obscenity in ASL, though I'm a little afraid of what it might look like 😬 (ftr, no one in or close to my family is d/Deaf, my 87 y/o mom just loves learning languages and expanding the world of people she can talk with)
@callisto Aw that's nice! My dad learned some ASL while working with disabled residents of a state home for adults, back when I was little. He taught us a few words too, but I never learned the entire alphabet
