After I finally set up my Nas with #nextcloud , #gnome Settings is now failing me.

I know that I do not have a valid certificate, however, I would be glad if the 'ignore' option actually did ignore that.
It currently does not work.

I am not quite sure who to contact, however every kind of help is appreciated!

@garlicus not what you are asking for, but why not get a valid certificate? Let's encrypt provides you with a free one. Prereq: you have to have your own domain. If you pair a supported registrar with #Traefik, it will be automatically set up and renewed (certs by let's encrypt are issued for 3m I think).

I am not the best informed when it comes to actual certificates but thank you for proving a name. I will look into it the next few days, cheers!

It has been some time since it was published, plus since then some new things like #qublet were developed and it is just super easy to manage it via #systemd. But this is not mentioned here in the article. Should probably update it soon...

For reference, I run #fedora server and have some #selfhosted services where traefik is managing certs and all this is running in podman. Plus some more without #podman
