Because allowing the Hard Right a full veto over every aspect of policy is a small cost for keeping my privileges intact, huh??
This is not a serious man leading a serious party. This is a tank job.
Biden is on record as late as his presser last night as saying that he still opposes any change in the SCOTUS setup, including adding more Justice seats; his only ideal solution is the "elect more Democrats" model.
The same model that got us George Latimer and Henry Cuellar.
Pardon me if I'm not hopeful in any real action on his behalf.
So, the fact that Biden restated last night what he has always believed about not altering the court makes referencing what he said last year.... irrelevant??
Also, note that while the screenshot does list last year's article, the first link to the Right references an article from yesterday resetting the SCOTUS decision.
If you are defending Biden's belief in voting harder rather than directly challenging the system that produces this, please do so a bit more directly.

That's the point. Every f-ing ruling of the Supreme Court has damaged US democracy further and further and just gave Trump the magic wand for his dictatorship but keeping the door open to prosecute Biden, should he opt for any radical solution.
i swear to effing god it's like he's trying to collapse the country.
Whew! If we did something like that who knows what would happen!
@crystalvisits @tweetsjen @gwynnion
Nope! I doubt they did. The gallows humor is in the fact that this is from 2023.
@tweetsjen @crystalvisits @gwynnion Indeed facts do. And in order to make the point they did, they'd need to use a past statement from Biden as factual evidence. And no, everything isn't the same, not since the ruling.
The poster clearly isn't against facts or reality, nor is the post misleading.
If you think they're pointing out falsehoods you're barking up the wrong tree, but you do you.
Take care.
@[email protected] @crystalvisits @gwynnion if you scroll up and read the comments you’re replying to, you can easily see this comment “ahhhh I forgot to look at the year -- I thought it was from last week.”
So, please stop trying to tell me OP was not misleading. I’m not sure why you are trying to defend to a post that’s not even yours from last week, but I’m not going to continue to debate someone who’s making bad faith arguments. Stop attacking me for calling on people to do better.
@tweetsjen @crystalvisits @gwynnion I miss stuff all the time, but when I do, I don't project, deflect, blame others for my failing & falsely accuse them of misleading me. That'd be ridiculously narcissistic! OP you quoted admitted it was they who "forgot to look at the year". Facts matter. Yet you're blaming someone else on their behalf
Date was clearly written right under headline, but its true some never look at anything but.
As you keep indefensibly going round in circles, I'm out. Be well
