@jamesthomson Website is… fine? Slow but fine. The app is just broken. I don’t know what happened there.

@jamesthomson I just got through too. Apple somehow lost my wife’s preorder, so I had to manually recreate that on the fly; lots of errors as I went through that too.
I did get Sept 20th delivery on both, however.
Website was a complete failure for me.
@jamesthomson Surprisingly had a good year this year, last year was a shambles.
Two MBPs pointing to the IUP page, two iPads with the app, and an iPhone — just one device (MBP, Safari) became available about 5 minutes in.
Everything else came online about 1:20pm.

@jamesthomson In the US, the app ALMOST worked for about 20 minutes.
About 20-25 min after, the app just started working, no issues, no time-outs.
Meanwhile, the website was stuck on "Almost there" for at least 5 more minutes after my purchase was complete.
