@siracusa I’m guessing someone has already sent you this, but just in case: https://www.atheistfrontier.com/glossary/allballs.pl
Atheist Frontier - Questioning what's Real

Glossary - All balls

I was so close. I even considered suggesting Hyperspace!
@siracusa this also sets up a naming scheme for future hard-to-name apps.
@siracusa should name his deduplication app “Hyperstorage.”

Dear Apple Intelligence,

No.

Sincerely,
Jake

I have bought the new Pro Max iPhone every year for the past several. This year, I’m not sure I need a Pro anymore. That blue on the regular 16 is _gorgeous_, and while bragging rights are great and all, I’m not a gamer or a pro videographer or anything like that. The only thing I think I’d actually miss out on is 5x zoom.

@gruber you asked for a PC laptop with a retina screen for u der $700.

Here’s a 4k, 16” piece of trash for $299 (after $40 coupon).

Never underestimate PC manufacturers willingness to cobble together total garbage. Just look at those keys!

@siracusa didn’t get nearly enough recognition (or any at all) for his “your Tiffany lamp and your Tiffany wife” comment on this week’s @atpfm. 🤣🤣 classic!

@jamesthomson imagine you're using a calculator app. You enter a long number, and then realize that you've typo'd one of the first digits.

TIL the stock calculator app on Android lets you go back and edit individual digits like a regular text field. I tried in PCalc and it doesn't seem to allow that, so you have to delete and retype most of what you've entered in order to fix it. Am I missing something?

If not, would you consider implementing it? (I'm a paying user and beta tester!)
