I had TWO balance boards that I left behind when I went overseas years ago and which recently returned to me. Guess I need to up my balance game. They're particularly helpful since I broke my right ankle twice.
@EllenInEdmonton go for it! I don't have balance boards at home. Anyway for the mechanic of the movement I'm more interested in speed and power, rather than balance. One goal at a time 😅!
