Quick #fitness update.

Down 63 lbs as of this morning. Currently sitting at 215 lbs down from 278. Still #strengthtraining 4-6 times a week. But I had a knee injury about 2 months ago which has preventing me from #running. So I’ve been substituting #cycling for my runs these last 2 months and I’ve been limiting my leg day strength work a bit.

But, the knee is doing really well. I’ve been scaling my leg day workouts these last 2 weeks and plan to try a run later this week as well.

50lbs weight loss in about 18 months.

I’m definitely feeling worlds better, but still got a ways to go. Getting stronger and faster.

Almost at my #BenchPress goal. Just hit a new 1 rep max PR! Definitely felt like an RPE 9.5 though.

A few more cycles and maybe I'll be ready for the goal attempt. Not today though.

Ended up doing a bunch of singles on my #OverheadPress today for fun. I was very pleasantly surprised to pull off my old 1RM again. It was tough, would definitely have called it an RPE 10, but that was after lots of shoulder spamming. So that's quite a pleasant surprise! #gym #mastolift #StrengthTraining
531 Pressing Week 5 and Week 6

This week I figured out how to record GoPro footage at a better resolution so it can actually be used in these! I also threw in some extra footage of random dog walks and driving around. Might be worth scrubbing through the video to see those bits if nothing else!

I also realized there was a much better encoding option which makes the videos render faster and be a way lower file size. So that's great!

I dropped the ball on closed captions. I'm sorry about that and it's still on my list to get going next time!
