Wow, I've never ordered from B&H before (not sure how), but the service at B&H seems very personalized. They called me to verify the order because it was a decent amount, sent an email that they called when they couldn't reach me.
Verified over the phone w/ them that I did order it, and they said great we'll send it out today. It got to me the next day. And they've already sent a message asking for feedback.
And they sell more than camera equipment. No counterfeit SD cards from them!
It's just an excellent company in a world of mediocre customer service
@briankrebs B&H has always been like this. They are observant Jews a that really means it.
I highly respect them for it.
This is ultra normal for B&H.
Only B&H in my experience
