I wanted to repost something from each person who has reblogged my preceding toot. But there are too many of you lovelies. I can't keep up! So all I can say is:
KEEP READING!!! ๐ฆ๐๏ธ2๏ธโฃ๐๐๐๐๐โค๏ธ
@courtcan I keep thinking that the politicians who want to ban books in schools are so out of touch they don't realize (or remember? were they ever children?) that telling a kid not to do something is one of the best ways to get them to do it.

That statement is not original with him. The same thing, identically or near identically worded, was first made, by George Carlin as I recall. [Quite possibly many have said it.] One should be able to find placards citing it, with Carlin's picture.
Not knocking LeVar, just pointing it out so the other mentions are not forgotten.
Done that 15 years ago and wasted my time on banned right wing conspiracys from Jan Udo Holey.
I wish someone would ban my book about building a better democracy. Then it might get some attention.

Do what LeVar says, always. This is the dude who solved the Peanut Butter and Jam sandwich conundrum.
