Representatives Moving in the TDG
TDG elections are annual. There will always be representatives moving in, out, up, and down--in an organic way.
Some representatives will serve a long time. Others will serve only a term or two.
While many incumbents will be re-elected, there will also be enough new blood to add new ideas and vitality.
And ineffective representatives will be moved out in the next election.

TDG Neighborhood Elections
The foundation for this new democracy is the neighborhood. Neighbors will be voting one of their neighbors into TDG governance.
Each TDG neighborhood will have about 200 residents.
