My plan was to get in a good long workout to tire myself since I do not do well with the time change. My watch shows 108 minutes of exercise! Now waiting for a bus to take me back.

My knees are very sore. That was a lot of uphill walking. Don’t think I’ve managed a workout this intense in years!
