A publicly-funded snowplow just went past my house. Will this liberal tyranny never end?!

@MeanwhileinCanada *Anyone* can dial a three-digit number for *any* reason and millions of dollars worth of equipment and people will be instantly dispatched to assist them with *any* problem, no matter how trivial.
Socialism sucks.
*Hey it's a chevy !*
*ahem*
Tyranny, yes ! bad bad #snowplow clearing the road for my #convenience !
*shakes fist at clouds*
You can keep your socialist snowplow!
I'm not paying my taxes for you freeloaders to get plowed roads!
@MeanwhileinCanada the government cleaning the roads after a snowstorm?
I dunno, sounds like socialism to me...
@MeanwhileinCanada If you plow people out every time it snows, they won't learn to shovel for themselves.
Here in the US, we're working to privatize snow removal. If you need to be plowed out and can't afford it - work harder or get a better job!

As long as the majority votes for it: no.
Stay safe and have a merry Christmas.
@MeanwhileinCanada
It’s atrocious in my icy коммунальная квартира in Socialist Canuckistan.
My Internet is only 1Gbps from the fibre to the door connection.
My electricity from the socialist government monopoly from which there is no other choice of provider has not even gone out once despite the -20° temperature and its ridiculously low price of < $0.10/kWh.
And Comrade Leader Trudeau has the audacity to say #DieHardIsAChristmasMovie.
In his annual Christmas address, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau calls 2022 "a challenging year" and asks Canadians to remember "how fortunate we are to live in a country of peace."
