chemallurgy@reidparker_. That's amazingly talented. Tell her to patent those before someone else sees them. That's a wonderful thing to do and yes, they need better pay. My daughter resigned teaching to work in banking at double the pay, less physical labor, and the ability to go home and not spend the whole evening grading papers.
