It's been a week. We became emergency foster carers for a 10yo, 9yo and almost 4 month old and the specialist thinks I have Lupus.

Walking to work I've realised I'm in a full-blown existential crisis. Before I was just sitting on the edge swinging my legs up to the knees in it.
I had to leave home for a few days. So happy to fly back to this and after many decades have a place that feels like home.
