every scroll helps Musk. It means ads are viewed and he can tell advertisers about higher engagement.
The "twitter files" are a joke. It's showing a process probably a thousand times more deliberate and concerned with "free speech" than the one Musk has used or has any plan to use.

@DmytroGladkyi I still use web client, but pinafore is not a whole lot better, it's just simpler looking.

This is the thing, it's the same 'he's just a bit eccentric' take you get from a lot of people, many who, like PG, should know better, which are actually quite harmful as they downplay the reality.
If you research his background you find that his alleged 'smartness' is not true at all.
I understand ordinary people getting this wrong, but for PG it's indefensible. They are the ones keeping the Musk myth going.

I'm not sure I'd go that far. I mean I am not sure what positions you are referring to, I just think PG is wrong on the Musk thing, and I wish more tech leaders would be a little more careful promoting guys like Musk.

Given that, I’m sure his reflections on how #birdsite treated him between 11/16 and now will be thoughtful and humble. I’m sure he’s feeling whipsawed too and I think everyone deserves the chance to say I was wrong and receive grace.
