@the10thwiz I am truly amazed. How were you able to resist creating a Twitter account? I was on it when it used to send tweets of accounts you follow as international SMS to any phone.
@walid I'm not 100% sure, but I am on the younger side (I'll be graduating college in a year or so), and I've never really been keen on keeping up with the news.
@the10thwiz I, on the other hand, am an information junkie. I follow everything online. Twitter is just one source for me.

@anathema_device @Trcrev @Pwnallthethings yep, what they said. Biggest difference here is that hashtags are very very important if you want posts to be visible across the #Fediverse and not just your home server. You'll pick it up though!
