@CliftonR Yeah, that's right. #notalljournalists
Ja, ja, ich weiß, Ausnahmen bestätigen die Regel, #NotAllJournalists, usw., geschenkt
And my #NotAllJournalists hashtag above was not meant sarcastically. There are some--many--I think who think abt all this very seriously. But they can't always overcome the agenda-setting and headline-writing of their editors. And they can't fight the op-ed pages.

Wow! Even adverts are starting to mention the limitations of what they call AI.

Next thing you know politicians and journalists will have to tell us their level of expertise before talking complete bollocks about it.

#NotAllJournalists #AllPoliticiansThough

@ngo @carnage4life @TexasObserver @ProPublica I agree - but I'm neither going to go #NotAllJournalists, nor am I going to make Santa lists of who is good & bad.

Journalists as a group carry major blame for this & the fact that a few of them do good work - which they do, here as well; hell, some of those journalists are my friends - obviously does very little to A. change this and B. un-tarnish the profession as a whole.

Peeps... Mastodon IS hard to use for certain peer groups like journalists for example. That's perfectly normal because they do not engage with social media like.. ah dunno.. you and me? They want to have a search. They require trends. And analytics. You know.. that thing that determines "reach" or "influence". Numbers that go into a chart to justify their invested time.

It's a different perspective. Keep that in mind. Stop trolling em 😉

Yesyes #notAllJournalists, get yourself a juice box.

@ParanoidFactoid That's actually a good point, #NotAllJournalists, that's the power of open source, you can make it what you want, I'm more speaking about corporate interests trying to get involved where they don't belong and people trying to change established instances to become just like Twitter. This isn't Twitter, but I support anyone trying to speak truth to power.
