I kinda love when non-bird people only use the male coloration of birds in their designs and unknowingly give us decorations featuring gay birds.

Haha! How the heck did a tongue in cheek (or beak?) toot about bird colors become so huge?!

I guess here is where I'd traditionally promote something on other platforms, so (if you can,) feed your wild birds. Interaction with birds has proven to improve mental health, and it helps them out in the winter months when food is less plentiful.

@Fringebirb reminds me of when people accidentally have gay chinese guardian lion statues. The male is is suppose to have a ball, the female one is supposed to have a cub, but a lot of sets just have mirrored lions with balls
@Fringebirb problem is there's no easy guide for this to offer us cardinal direction
@Fringebirb ….or maybe the gay agenda is winning

@Fringebirb

I have friends who need the all-female cardinal set, too.

😗 ~~ 🎶

@Fringebirb unknowing…or stealth radicalization upending heteronormative bias via fast-fashion consumer capitalism!😮 Imagine how many school children will now grow up believing gay cardinals are the norm, and that birds celebrate the birth of Jesus. We’re halfway to a revolution, friends!
@Fringebirb I’m in California and would lose my shit if someone sold Christmas decorations featuring birds we actually have here in winter.

@pussreboots @Fringebirb I grew up in California and never saw a holiday card winter that looked like our winters, ever.

(I’m in the Midwest now and it’s weird that actual winter and Hallmark winter look the same here.)

@pussreboots @Fringebirb I love this idea, and vote for faux Cedar Waxwing decorations to replace the all-male revue of circling red Cardinals I usually wire on my tree (continuing my mother’s tradition).
@Fringebirb THEY'RE JUST FRIENDS
@marcdionne @Fringebirb THEY’RE COUSINS
@communiteatime @Fringebirb and definitely not gay, not that there's anything wrong with that
@Fringebirb is it implied they're in a romantic relationship? to me this just says "look at these pretty birds"
@Fringebirb @gannet YES. My family and I love the “gay cardinals on Christmas cards” phenomenon! Sometimes they even have a nest with eggs. Aww, they’ve adopted 🥰
@Fringebirb omg I just saw this at my Walmart the other day. The one in front also whacks the other one with his wing so they're gay birds in a lover's quarrel to boot!
@Fringebirb Don we now, our gay apparel
@Fringebirb you honestly made me lol. I never thought about it but you are so very right.
@Fringebirb The Catholic church probably has quite a few gay cardinals too.
@Fringebirb Didn't that happen in Mary Poppins?
@Fringebirb ha ha!!! This is great. I hope this was designed specifically for Hobby Lobby enthusiasts.
@Fringebirb
@DeathKitten
First Alex Jones warned us about the gay frogs, now this?!
@Fringebirb omg, they were nestmates

@Fringebirb Agree. A friend got a lovely music box a few Christmases ago. Nice picture of two (male) Cardinals. Nice music.

I kept my mouth shut and assume the birds are brothers.

@Fringebirb If their gay love makes them feel "animated" and only takes 3AA batteries, then more power to them, I say!
@Fringebirb somehow i’m reminded of schitt’s creek…
@Fringebirb there are a lot of people for whom I would love to buy this.
@Fringebirb the females are beautiful too, I love their colouring even more. She blends in with the trees to shelters her young.
@Fringebirb I am always here for the gay xmas decor.
@Fringebirb 🏳️‍🌈🐥🐤🏳️‍🌈 #freelove
@Fringebirb One or more of them might be trans, you never know.
@Fringebirb Not sure if I'm being slow but what gives you the impression they're gay? What happens when you press the button?!?
@AdamPellingDeeves basically just playing on how they almost always pair up cardinals with the male coloration instead a male and female.
@Fringebirb Don we now our gay apparel, tra la la, tra la la, la la la...
@Fringebirb - Thank you, I am literally laughing out loud here. 😆
@Fringebirb I imagine alien dioramas of humans only feature our most extravagant, rhinestone-encrusted drag queens
@Fringebirb I love this. For a time I worked as a product copywriter and I can definitely attest that style was more often than not, prioritized over substance.
