NorthEastOne@stux I don’t trust#German web hosting providers after what happened to voat.co. Booted out, no explanation, simple things like his girlfriend’s research papers, gone! All because the content on the site was ‘politically incorrect’. Of course, the site was filled with right-wing users.
I guess German laws are very strict on this matter.

Hmmm…I’m not German nor American. I’m from India and in fact, a#Teutophile.
Just that I was genuinely surprised when Atko’s site was given the boot hence the reply. He had hosted the site because of what you mentioned about#Germany as in, Germany is a free country. So yeah,#FreeSpeech comes in that purview. I guess#Freedom is relative everywhere.

My reply was a query and to solicit a discussion, not spew expletives at to each other.

People were using triple parenthesis and speculating about Jewish people and this was always on the front page.
@luk3 Yes. I'm aware. It did get out of hand.
I do miss the 4Chan type, non-racist memes that reddit mods would remove (See pic for example) who would 'insert' a racist/womanizer angle one way or the other when justifying the removal.

@stux good to know! although i have to ask, the german center says it's powered by hydropower, which i've heard isn't completely clean, do they elaborate on that?
dams kill plants in the reservoir making them carbon positive, prevent sea animals from reproducing (even if they have fish ladders, eels don't jump), and become less efficient as dirt and sand builds up at the bottom of the reservoir.
