It’s perfect.
On Monday night, I was immensely grateful for two things that I have, at times in the past, had reason to loathe. One, that despite a love of swimming and long bike rides as a child, my leg fitness has never been good. Two, that I am from a middle-of-nowhere.
This being, that I have always loved sport and always (lazily) focused on my strength: my upper body. And Halifax is nearby.
Because that meant I was well-placed to join the Panthers for a wheelchair rugby league training session...
