@ferrata Thank you. I applied, but the questions were weird. Something about "what have you done to earn the trust of others when you're the new guy" and I'm like, "I assume people are good and don't mistrust them unless they give me a reason not to, and expect the same from others..." Do you think that will work?

@devlord @ferrata As a new Dev I earn trust by building relationships, following the existing style (code format, language, architecture, , etc), try hard not to break the build, ask questions only when I've done my own reading (respect others time), include tests with my changes, and document things I build.

@BernhardHofmann @ferrata that’s a perfect answer, you would get the job, I think. But we should all do these things no matter how long we’ve been on the job.
