@tmv33 @raumdeuter @rmayemsinger My server is running the Mastodon v4.0RC with the new "Edit" function that leaves "Delete & Redraft" in the dust. It actually keeps an edit history, keeps all replies/likes/boosts, and sends out an update notification to everyone affected.

I have 100,500 characters per publish. I don't NEED to say "tbh" because of a limit in characters.
I'm hopeful it will make engagements more meaningful and intentional. Less 'one to many' attempts at quickiest eyeballs.

Just Randy@rmayemsinger Sadly, however, Mastodon itself does NOT know the difference. It will give you a red underline sometimes (same as BirdApp) even when you're using "you're" correctly.
