Hi, I am Matthew and currently work on #ovarian #cancer with a focus on therapy predictive mutations, genomic scarring biomarkers, and mechanisms of resistance to #PARP inhibitors.
Currently this is involving lots of #FunctionalGenomics with #MAVE assays and #DMS (#DeepMutationalScanning) to dissect protein complex interactions with inhibitors.
I mainly do #ComputationalBiology and supervise a team that does the wet work.

Current projects include contributing to the Stafford Fox Rare Cancer project and an MRFF project to develop MAVE techniques in the Aus research community, link MAVE data with clinical databases, and provide training in clinical interpretation and use
