It was shockingly simple — & I do not use that word lightly — to get a basic logger + separate TUI for displaying local UDP broadcast data from my #Weatherflow #Tempest #weather station up & running in Deno.

I've got libraries for this thing in several languages, but iterating on a simple TUI in Deno was pretty painless, despite typescript silliness.

Binaries (Deno can compile javascript to native binaries) are kinda yuge, tho.

Tooling/LSP nearly as good as Rust, too.
