Post-mortem: the issue resolved yesterday afternoon. The health page at https://health.netatmo.com/posts/history is a bit misleading: Not sure about the 5% of the users affected. But it was not possible for me to use the app or web, throughout the incident window, even with a couple of retries 3/3

Co mne na tom #netatmo fakt SERE, když už u nich má každý uživatel účet, email, proč nepošlou nějaké "vyjádření" co se dělo, atd.
Tahle firma už není co bývala, když jsem ji podpořil v začátcích - ani o nich neuvažujte !

And interestingly enough, it seems that #VELUX users #Netatmo's backend. Luckily, the cloud backend is not needed to operate local appliances thanks to #HomeAssistant

My #netatmo weather stations fail to show me data on the web and in my app because of a Cloud issue. Unfortunately, there is no local way to read the data (at least to my knowledge, the #HomeAssistant integration depends on a cloud connection).

I knew about the cloud dependency, when I bought it. But I am still still surprised that the outage is lasting for hours already.
