i have a story for you, fedichildren. please, bear with me through the tedious explanation. it's worth it for the punchline.
the other week, i had a shopping delivery from a major supermarket. in my haste to unload everything, a tinnie of beer burst. the driver reimbursed me for the full 4-pack! she was back today & i profusely thanked her, which she brushed off by saying, 'that's okay. it's not as though the CEO doesn't have 3 houses'. :)

Morto for #DrewBarrymore and her latest “sorry not sorry” non-apology for ignoring the writers strike and her doubling down on the decision.

Some of the first things my wise old Dad taught me about work was:

1) Always pay your taxes
2) Join a Union
3) Never cross a picket line.

Her whole video just reeks of privilege. Shame as I always sort of liked her.
