The bridge from Ulva to Gometra
Ulva is a large (7km long) island off the west coast of Mull. Gometra is a much smaller island to the west of Ulva. There is a rough track along both islands, which is connected by this bridge. It is suitable only for walkers and very light vehicles; others must use a nearby ford at low tide.

Rats have established a presence on the formerly predator-free Ulva Island, off the coast of Stewart Island. Two air drops of cereal bait are planned.
