And here is #Ingenuity, sitting on a rego-ripple after its #Flight41, watching #Perseverance which was about to drop its last sample tube at the #ThreeForks depot.

Hiking on Kodiak on a Sunday morning

A "tide height" variable adds randomness to the sinusoidal motion of the waves in this otherwise simple animation showing the #ThreeForks beach. Average wave period is ~12s, amplitude ~2.5m and tidal range ~12m, the last two extremely exaggerated from what would be considered possible in reality (I'm guessing), but hopefully less boring.

The #Jezero crater on #Mars was a lake billions of years ago.
