Me: Because there's a bag leaning up against the dryer door that contains a partially-disassembled laptop that would really rather be on fire right now, so I was going to say if you have to move it, do so gingerly.

Escalating again, to a 4th person ! (an "admin" this time, I will probably be saved soon).
Had, again, to explain I'm not experiencing slowdowns but systematic and generalized 504 errors....
Support finally saw my ticket
- 1st person I spoke to only triaged my ticket
- 2nd person just repeated questions I had already answered, before stating they weren't qualified to handle the problem and passing the ticket on to yet another technician
- Technical support escalation still underway until this 3rd technician arrives...
10 days of total outage. Would have been faster to migrate to another web hosting provider (and while at it, outside of US jurisdiction)...
