My honours thesis was a Sidewalk Priority Index which used 22 criteria. I've continued working with, and thinking about, pedestrian infrastructure, including mapping in OSM employing the OpenSidewalks framework: https://tcat.cs.washington.edu/opensidewalks/
This makes me think about combining your tool with the OSM Tasking Manager. Why not have the Sidewalk Priority results help determine which tasks are assigned to mappers first when mapping sidewalks.
