Join us for a rally @ Hancock Air National Guard Base, April 22 at 3:30 PM.
We will meet in front of the base at 6001 East Malloy Rd, in DeWitt, NY, just off the Thruway north of Syracuse. Tell the military and their bosses in the Epstein class we do not support the endless stream of reckless wars of aggression.
We will Rally in defiance of Earth’s Greatest Enemy, the U.S. Military.
Members of h 174th Attack Wing fly lethal MQ-9 missions across the globe. U.S. drones are bombing civilians in Iran, Sudan, Syria and Yemen, Latin America and the Caribbean, where they are killing fishermen in small boats off the coast of Venezuela; murdering civilians on the streets during the day and in their beds at night.
Thousands of children have been killed by US weapons in Palestine and Lebanon, and and by US attacks on Iran, Venezuela, Yemen and Sudan.
Hancock Air National Guard Base is on the same campus with Syracuse International Airport where thousands of people fly out every day. The drone base, on the other side of the airport, is one of the largest training and maintenance bases in the Eastern US.
MQ-9 Reaper Drones piloted from Hancock AFB have been responsible for the assassinations of people in Iraq, Afghanistan, & Pakistan. These killing machines are critical for military surveillance,and responsible for delivering Hellfire missiles and Thermobaric GB-39s, the very same weapon that evaporated nearly 3,000 people in Gaza in just 1 strike.
The MQ-9 Reaper Drones at Hancock are the same drones at the forefront of the US invasion of Venezuela and assassinations on Caribbean fishing boats, operating out of the US drone base at Ramey AFB, Puerto Rico. They are also flying over Iran and Yemen, killing men women and children on the street and in their beds while they sleep.
The US military is Earth’s Greatest Enemy driving the climate crisis, yet exempt from international controls. All human and non-human creatures – the trees, the waters, the fish, the bears, the insects, the soils – all are suffering under its weight.
From Palestine to Minnesota, to Puerto Rico, Venezuela, Lebanon, Cuba & Iran, all who belong to our Earth, we share a common global struggle against the might of American hegemony, elite, empire, capital, and military.
It is our collective responsibility, those of us living in the heart of the empire, to stop the gears of US militarism here! Don’t follow illegal orders! End the destruction, the slaughter, pollution, and corruption!
